I wonder how much one needs to inhale to come up with the idea of installing Microsoft Outlook on a space craft.
Just imagine, upon return they begin typing something along the lines of “Houston, we have a problem”, and wham! the damn pc reboots for windows updates. “Do not power off or reboot”

@jpmens English skills on the down slope in school. The specs said: “the console should have an outlook over the overall systems” and whack, they landed with Outlook.

Be grateful they didn’t call the portholes “windows” or you know what would have been next.
