I'm hoping to use my new inductive hot plate and pasta cooker combination to make a 1 gallon SMASH just to prove it out this weekend. I'll be using pilsner malt and hersbrucker hops. Nothing special. I've never brewed that small before.

@TTFKA_Tay0 I think it's fun. It doesn't take forever to heat up the brewing water. And there is less of a mess to cleanup afterwards.
