I mentioned it a while ago when I played old Tiny Toons games, but I wanna mention it in general, as well:

"RetroAchievements" is a website that basically allows you to collect Achievements / Trophies in old games, before systems got achievement-systems, as long as your used emulator supports it.

I think it's a really fun idea, especially, of course, if you're an achievement hunter:

RetroAchievements

Adding achievements to your favourite retro games since 2012

@BryanGreyson I saw a YT video on the Harry Potter games and those achievements are brutal.

@Legion495 I feel that in general many of the RetroAchievements are, simply for the fact that many old games basically generated their whole "replay value" by being hard as nails. 😅

That's fine for me, as I don't need to get all achievements in games, anyway, I'm totally fine with some being above my skill grade. 😅

But of course that's not exclusive to old games.

A friend of mine usually gets all achievements in the From Software Souls games, and I'm quite impressed by his dedication...and him not breaking his controllers. 😁

I'll never be able to finish the Animaniacs game on SNES, I mean, I generally suck at platformer games, but still.

Oh, and of course the SNES Battletoads, which is fucking hard to begin with, so even just the "finish the game" achievement seems impossible to me. 😅

@BryanGreyson Ironically that you mentioned it. I follow a guide on Elden Ring to do that. But I only continue occasionally. I have nearly all of them already xD.
