I choose pirate since their code is more of a guideline.

@meadow @lety some things I've read about classical pirates actually describes them as something of a socialist ideal.

You can't steal what you're not allowed to own, seems to be one of the most common 'pirate' themed ideals these days.

I do like the idea of modern day digital 'piracy' being a moral and ethical stance though.
