The Internet in the 90s were mostly static websites and I surfed with a 14.4 modem. (well, no videos and huge photos)
Given that, you should be able to serve more than 2000 concurrent users. 😉
Meaning: depends on what files you want to serve. HTML and opimized graphics? Don't worry.
