@disroot I'd avoid an association, if you ever want to change statutes its going to be a pain and needs an 2/3rd amount of people show up and approve the statutes. We had this problem with Techinc ;-)

Foundations are a lot easier and getting that ANBI status is even more easy! Most notaries can help you draft statutes easily and explain the legalese behind it.
