@Daojoan Also, do not forget to sleep! I regularly slept 4-5 hours a day when I was a teenager, and I barely made it out of high school. I started to pay attention to my sleeping schedule during Uni and my grades and mood improved, I also became very sociable and looked a lot better.
It was like unlocking superhero mode. 😅 and all i did that I payed attention to go to sleep before midnight.
