SonicAlligator@gairdeachas you’ve probably already read these, but if you’re into historical queer detective stories, the Evander Mills series by Lev AC Rosen is super good, and there are 4 of them: Lavender House, The Bell in the Fog, Rough Pages, and Mirage City. 😊
@SonicAlligator I recently read Lavender House and it was ... tough. Good, but tough. I've yet to decide if I'm going to read more in the series.
@gairdeachas fair! It does bring up a lot of things, I enjoy it as someone who’s managed a queer archive for years, a lot of his research is spot on, especially as he gets farther in the series.
