Jean (*ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)ꕤ*.ﾟA complaint was filed today against #Hyatt Hotels to the U.S. National Contact Point within the Department of State regarding its involvement with the proposed five-star hotel project near Kaziranga National Park in Assam state of northeast #India.
The proposed hotel impacts the livelihoods and cultural integrity of at least 45 Indigenous Adivasi families who have lived on and cultivated the lands for generations, as well as animal corridors within the Park in violations of OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
