EF doesn’t really have a main hotel other than the ludicrously expensive Radisson attached to the congress centre, so most people stay in ones nearby

(be mindful that it’s pretty well connected by transit but most of EF is on weekdays and the trains don’t run at night on weekdays, so you’ll probably want to be within walking distance)
