The idea that AI makes middle managers obsolete because information can more easily flow between workers and upper management implies career development and coaching can happen without managers.

I’d love to see Jack pull that off.

@carnage4life I'm not sure his plan will work but I do think often the bloat you get in companies as they grow is largely in the management layers.

Having spent nearly 6 years at a company spread over nearly 8 years, I can see how much slower and painful it is dealing with the added layers.
