#EnochBurke is in prison solely for repeatedly defying a court order to stop trespassing. Nothing else. Not for his beliefs, or for what he says, or doesn't say. Just for #trespassing.

When Enoch Burke agrees to stop trespassing, he will be released from prison.

@2legged Martina and Ammi continued to screech the lies even as they were arrested while going to visit Enoch in jail. None of the #BurkesOfCastlebar seem prepared to accept the law of the land, or to respect the facts of the case.

@HarriettMB it's long past time for the broadcasters to stop reporting the lie, or to report them only without Burke voices, and with a clear and prominent warning that they are lies.
