AI6YR BenI have almost infinite nopal (prickly pear cactus pads) in my garden....which I have been eating nearly every day... curious what's the nutrition content of them. 🤔

Kila@ai6yr I learned about that as a kid and have tried it several times. In my experience it does work for minor wounds.
