For my whole life, the "boomer" generation has been "_kicking_the_can_ down_the_road_" at best, if not outright obfuscating and denying their culpability, led by the fossil fuel heavies. Some are still at it worse than ever... Might-makes-right believers don't "get" living lightly.

@wavesculptor Not to mention their prized "achievement" of "ending [the Vietnam] war"ā¦ wasn't theirs, to say nothing of how eagerly they've approved every climate-destroying oil war since.
The establishment wasn't scared into backing down by kids smoking weed and having sex against war. They were scared into backing down once it was obvious that those kids' parents and grandparents weren't going to tolerate any more of their kids coming home in body bags, and they had lost mainstream America.
