Bernie is the billionaire class’s nightmare.
@georgetakei and despite his popularity, the dems still rig primaries for the likes of HRC. Then they wonder why & how MAGA/Trumpism takes hold of the common man.

@georgetakei

Deluded fools though they be, more than a few MAGAs voted for Trump because they actually believed he'd change things..

How did the Dem's manage to so bungle this and lose the trust of ordinary Americans?

A purge is long overdue.. in BOTH parties. Out with the boomers & their endemic hypocrisy and inability to change.

@georgetakei

Let the party swing to the left, as the electorate has been demanding for decades at this point, and let the chips fall where they may. I am beginning to think that the Dem party rules out of fear, not out of a desire for progress or change. There is no other explanation for the past 12 years.

@Felis_Catus_Domesticus @georgetakei more like greed, or as they said in the old days; bread and circuses. This is how I see it from the EU perspective 🍿

@connynasch @georgetakei

I see a Dem party that is deeply out of touch with its base, and all too in touch with its big, rich, corporate donors. The common man who "made" the party has been forgotten, eclipsed, by the need for big money donations in the US political system.
