Maybe I need to review that.
I was under the impression that they were anti-DEI and had dismantled their commitment to it, but I see now that they made a statement that this was false, and that they are still committed to DEI

@screwturn Ace HQ has scaled back DEI, but local stores are independent franchises, and vary a lot on this front. Goods Unite US says that the parent company (Ace Hardware) donates 45% / 55% D/R, which is not ideal, but more balanced than many companies. That reflects only the parent company, not locals franchises. GUU also says that's 100% senior (corp) employees, and 0% company donation.
