I've wanted to get into some form of stained glass crafting for a bit and this felt like the project to get my toes wet!

The Blackbird is simply two pieces of laser cut balsa wood glued together and the "glass" is acrylic I went over with Gallery Glass paint.

Ahh now I'm nostalgic for the drive from Minneapolis to Duluth in the spring when these guys are everywhere in the grass along the highway.
