I don’t fancy what Omar El Akkad calls “return to a more tolerable standard of subjugation” like orthodox Democrats do. Jimmy Carter’s military support of genocide in East Timor was no better than Nixon’s military support of Pinochet’s atrocities.

Moral judgment based on quantitative calculus is one of the more draconian, vacuous forms of morality. What makes normie Democrats so despicable is they’ll submit to any inhumanity — incrementally framed — for the sake of election cycles.
