@iamada Meanwhile here in the US there's all that, but also an artificial shortage thanks to the DEA restricting production of the precursors, so it's backordered pretty much everywhere and thus a coin flip as to whether a given pharmacy even has the stock to fill it, and "for security reasons" they won't do stock checks over the phone before your doc calls it in...

Thankfully up in this corner we at least have a state-wide digital system for prescriptions (that's mandatory for controlled substances, but it's a generic system) so I can transfer it to a different pharmacy seamlessly, which is one of the many reasons I've stayed here instead of moving north or west to a cheaper state. (The system knows in real time when you've actually filled it, so it can enforce the "no refills until 2 days before you run out" rule regardless of what pharmacy you use)
