I finally finished drafting the script for my #GraphicNovel . Now to draw it! I mean: now to figure out how to draw it!

This is such an odd project for me, and such an odd place for my head to be in during a project. I can imagine all sorts of problems and complaints readers will have with what I'm doing and how I'm doing it, but none of them dissuade me. I feel like I've never before made a #comic that is so much FOR ME, and if other people don't like it, that doesn't mean I'm wrong. It's weird not needing to worry about audience reaction.... #cartooning #writing #creativity

@johncomic This sounds really wholesome and exciting ๐Ÿ˜Š
@Kitty well it's not TOO UNwholesome, I guess?

@johncomic @Binder Hope it goes well! Iโ€™m hoping to see updates on the progress.

Also, if you havenโ€™t read this book yet, I HIGHLY recommend it. It gave me a whole new outlook on making and sharing art.

@johncomic Itโ€™s so fresh and exciting. Youโ€™ve been making comics since you were 7 and as you say, never changed your mind about it. I canโ€™t wait to see what you make.
@Alison I really hope it appeals to you in some way

@johncomic I support you ๐Ÿ’ฏ on this!

I have a working graphic novel in my head, but it would be genre-defying. I may create it anyway. It will take a long time, but I want to see more artists, writers, colorists, and letterers break every single rule and convention that is in roughly in place right now.
