Does your MC become jealous? If so, to what degree? How does their jealousy manifest?

According to classic mage thought, there are certain "base emotions" a proper mage should avoid. Jealousy is one of those. Mage society is polyamorous. Plenty of humans avoid getting attached to mages as they can't deal with that. Maggie loves Jez though, so she struggles to fit in, plus she finds their entire social system refreshing.
