#HanseaticBank #creditcard A total & utter farce. They tell me to make a purchase to keep the credit card alive. I make the purchase. They cancel my card. I think the card worked when cancelled. I ask for the card to keep going. They say reapply. I reapply. Did the whole thing. They then refuse to keep the card going. Their app never worked. They cannot be contacted. There is an online form which never understands the issue. The worst bank against stiff competition for that title. Finger weg!
#HanseaticBank sent me late a myriad of complex menacing bills that cross in the post with various levels of detail... no chance to know what is going on. Wait on their phone
--- they have one ! +4940600096464 --- which asks you to press 1 to get to right dept but it does not work: the number does not get received. Their musac has random voice messages " warte antwort" in the middle and I get through and they tell me actually you are ok. All good & their humans cannot forward you to complaints.
