Alas my return to #melbourne from Bendigo via #VLine is not proving so fun. It is extremely crowded on here with lots of people sitting and standing in the isles. Good luck to the people who have to make their way down the train to the exit at short platform stations (or who just need to go to the toilet)
They’re now giving people warning in advance of stations to start working their way down carriages towards the doors
Pinky@joannaholman We had the same experience yesterday to and from Bairnsdale. Great on the way there. Lots of passengers standing in aisles and doorways all the way back

Ellane@joannaholman That’s good to hear, kind of. Hopefully more people will use public transport during April to keep some of the cars off the road until our government gets us more independent with fuel production.
I’m happy to be saving $20 in public transport fees on the Traralgon train next week!
