Cognichip has raised 60M USD to use AI in chip design. The startup is building a deep learning model to work alongside engineers as they create new computer chips. The company says its technology can reduce chip development costs by over 75% and cut the timeline by more than half. Chip design typically takes 2-5 years from conception to mass production.
