@MostlyTato Thanks. Different compost piles for each of the seasons really. The extra work for the hot compost does show but the other piles will make good mulching compost.
The robins were flitting about the whole time I was there.
More wood chip turned up today outside the allotments too.

@MostlyTato It’s noticeable more people are using the wood chip when it’s there. The piles outside the gates don’t take long before they disappear.
The newer plot holders are mostly into growing in raised beds with wood chip paths.
