anyone have advice for removing a stuck drive sled from a Dell server?

@ielenia First of all:

1) is the sled coming out skewed in any way? Like twisted or sideways?

2) is the sled warped?

3) is the sled cracked?

4) are you able to push it back in?

@Elizafox we got it out, with much force

we suspect a screw wasn't put in all the way and so it got caught

@ielenia the screw might have loosened over time too, it happens

@ielenia vibration can do that a lot fwiw or just not tightening it enough to begin with

Or using the wrong screw (too small)
