I bet there are quite a few #Christians in the #Trump administration that enjoy seeing this type of inhumane suffering. Maybe #USA type #Christianity should be redefined because it certainly doesn't fit their biblical teachings.

Many different brands of #Christian religions exist just within the #USA. And now I'm being told human actions have no relation to religions?

But without humans, there would be no religions and no deities on earth, right? So make that make sense.

@TopKnot @kotawi Do religions advocate killing, looting, seizing the rights of the weak, and humiliating them? Religions call for tolerance and love, but the minds of some people are filled with arrogance and tyranny.

Of course religions advocate those issues. The leader of the USA said we are a Christian Nation with Christian principles. And look at what the US is doing in the name of God (guns and country).

I find it very important that I believe and have faith only in things I know are true.

So, the help I will ask for is for you to dig into the best evidence that your god actually exists. Once you provide that specific evidence, I will believe there is a supreme being.

If you don't wish to contemplate the universe, consider yourself: how did you come to be, how were you created, and why are you here on Earth? Do you believe the universe was created by chance? Even children wouldn't believe that. The need for God is essential when you find yourself in dire straits; to whom else can you turn?

@TopKnot @kotawi Do you see the soul that leaves a person when they die, or the soul that is breathed into a newborn baby? These are things we do not see, but we believe that there is a God who created them for us.

Dailia, we have come to that uncomfortable place on social media where I can no longer tolerate someone preaching about their "beliefs."
