Black-Eyed Katydidwarm blanket doesn't do justice to the feeling of being 10 ft from Medeski's Leslie speaker. A cathartic experience that brought tears to my eyes.

@thesizzler you're in for a treat! It was my first time seeing Lage, who is a badass and so emotive, plus a world-class rhythm section, but I didn't realize how much I missed being enveloped by Medeski's organ after a way-too-long (20 yr?) hiatus. What I'd give for an MMW reunion that isn't on a boat or in Korea.
