I would pay 25% more for all public transit if that funded people whose only job was to verbally shame the public into behaving. Speakerphone infractions of course, but also basic shit like getting stepping the fuck out of the way of train doors while people are trying to get out. Looking at you, literally every dipshit on the JFK airTrain.
