If you take openhubs contributor page and look for the top 20 contributors[1]
-- you will find only _two_ that are allowed to take part in its governance[2] (and those happen to already get a salary from the foundation for their work).

So, if you think use of your #donation to TDF will be decided on by a "sustainable, independent and meritocratic community" that as of now suggests a fail on all three counts.
