1. Destroy the infrastructure of the area to be occupied.
2. Exterminate and expel as many people as possible from the area to be occupied whilst it is being bombed, in order to achieve point 1.
3. Once the area is occupied, establish military control and implement the ‘final solution’ through military tribunals. Starvation, disease and hangings. Until the indigenous population is expelled or completely annihilated.
4. Colonise the occupied area.
