Absolutely lovely new (to me) purchase - "The Jack Kerouac Collection". In between edits on an upcoming story, I got out another new score - a 90s GPX AM/FM cassette recorder, found some batteries, and set off on a walk.

So in this age of streaming and generated music, here I am walking around with a cassette player listening to Kerouac. Anachronistic? Perhaps. I'll leave that for others to decide. I'm trying to figure out what the "wheel of the quivering meat conception" means.
