I remember hearing about the Silver Surfer soundtrack from watching #OCReMix Google hangouts, OCR Talkback, and Larry Oji (Liontamer) being such a proponent of it. Only 2 stage songs, but I think I prefer the second slightly over the first.

Silver Surfer Music (NES) - Background Game Music II

@JTO_is_Typing Tim and Geoff Follin worked some serious magic on early consoles and PCs. I know Solstice and Pictionary get a lot of praise, but I'm partial to the unreleased Time Trax for Sega Genesis when it comes to music by Tim Follin.

Genesis: Time Trax Soundtrack

YouTube

@LadyMarth01 GST Channel did include "Mission Briefing" from Time Trax in their Tim Follin artist feature, and the video used some of a demo scene from a leaked prototype but not that whole main character biography, wow. Anyway, GST quoted Tim Follin as saying a friend wrote a great Mega Drive sound driver, although you can see in this oscilloscope video that it didn't prevent clipping. Still, sounds as good as the Arcade's Revenge mission briefing song.

@JTO_is_Typing In case you missed it, Tim Follin also commented on the Time Trax video I linked to.
