My idea: reopen it as an airport lounge and ticket office. (Eventually, maybe there could be a luggage check station there.) People could then take a ferry to the SFO or OAK airports. For now, ferries could serve the South San Francisco and Harbor Bay docks and then shuttles could take them to the terminals; someday perhaps dedicated facilities could be built closer to the airports.
