Also, it is pretty incredible how much the vocaloid tech has improved over the years. From the early Utau days like this to the next video posted in this community, the difference is remarkable.

The technological leaps, and particularly in just the last few years, have been amazing.
And it’s gratifying too, because most of the time that I’ve been a Teto fan, if I wanted to try to get someone else to recognize how great she is, I had to focus on her personality and her backstory and mostly ignore or make excuses for her voice. But not any more.
And I’m sure it’s not a coincidence that just as the technology has so notably improved, her fanbase has notably grown.
