[Chapter] Mary-san - Ch. 303
I think this series ended up fine, but nothing more than that. I liked the two leads well enough, but I just don’t think there was enough of a cast or setting around them to make much more. Overall, a bit of a merciful end to a series that never really found its footing.

- Witch Hat Atelier - basically all the source readers are saying this is a must-watch.
- Kirio Fanclub - I love this manga and I cannot wait to see these delightful weirdos on screen
Watch Curious
- Akane-banashi - I have heard good things about the manga, so I want to check this out time depending
- Needy Girl Overdose - I have a friend that was really into the game this was based on. I will be interested to see how this gets adapted.
- Marika’s Love Meter Malfunction - This is a short anime, but the manga it is based on is absolutely nonsensically silly (in the best way). Might try to keep going with this since it will be quick.
Might Watch
- Daemons of the Shadow Realm - Same author as Fullmetal Alchemist…it deserves a shot
- Goddess: “What Do You Want to Turn Into When You’re Reincarnated in Another World?” Me: “Into a Hero’s Rib” - I mean…this sounds just crazy enough to work…

Alright, it’s been a bit since I dropped into one of my own threads here to talk about some series. I managed to do quite a bit of catching up on series this past week. So, some quick thoughts:
- Boyish Girlfriend - Very cute still and delivering slow but steady progress (plus bonus potential side ship).
- Let Me Be Single in Peace! - I am really enjoying this one a lot still. This MC is weirdly compelling despite how extremely genre-aware he is.
- The Villainess Just Wants to Live in Peace! - I think this is the only manhwa I am reading right now, but it’s been keeping my attention. The Villainess is more interesting than a lot of others in this space and there is some good political intrigue.
- Out-of-Place Artifacts of the Otherworldly Labyrinth - Big fan of this one despite the release being all kinds of inconsistent. Very silly premise that knows it is silly.
- Slime Saint - Jelly is just as expressive as ever. Glad to be caught up to this one.
- EXP Is Golden - I can’t remember if I have talked about this one in the past, but I find it really compelling. This isn’t just a copy/paste of Overlord, it is doing some neat things. Looking forward to more.
- I Started Working a Housekeeping Job and Ended up Being Liked by the Family of the Most Beautiful Girl in School - Binged this series this past week and had fun with it. A very precocious younger brother character acts as a great wingman.

Akira is boyish in both looks and personality—and Daichi, her childhood friend turned boyfriend by their first year of high school, thinks she's too cute.
