I've only ever heard of Fossdem having a freecad booth, and I'm never there.

@la alas we've never produced them as merch... I made a few of these in a makerspace that had a sublimation printer.
At FOSDEM it's usually tee shirts and stickers and pencils! My colleague is running a booth at OHS this May, I think there'll be keyrings. FWIW I've worked on a few larger global open source projects and merch is a hard thing to solve!

I have been given stickers and a pencil by other members of the hackspace ☺️

I guess a T-shirt would be cool too, but I'm not gonna go to another event this year. Can't afford it, nor do I have the energy for it.

@concretedog Congrats on reaching 50. I hit that milestone during Covid and we celebrated by going out on foot to the village pub for lunch as we had not been allowed out much that year. I didn't get any presents as we were saving money in case the world was about to end.

@drfootleg gosh they were crappy times... but weirdly also some good stuff. I kinda really enjoyed the extra time with my kids!

@concretedog For sure, home schooling my son gave us a lot of bonding time which was really good for us both in those times. I also enjoyed the growth of online meet-ups in the maker community which sadly mostly stopped afterwards when in person meetings wer able to happen again. I got to know a lot of makers from different regions through those online show and tell sessions.

@concretedog Happy Birthday 🎂 My son got me one (54th birthday I am afraid). He says it is the ‘best coffee ever’. From a mum-perspective it is very easy to clean… I use it a lot.
