It's Trans Day of Visibility everybody! We cannot even begin to stress how important our trans contributors are in pushing KDE's project forward.

Thanks 🏳️‍⚧️folks!

@kde I wonder, how do you know? Are there any sex statistics in the git repo, and you saw a change in the committer's sex at some point?

Or is that what you mean literally can't even begin to stress?

@albert @kde kde backed by microslop and canonical with hard-coded systemd dependencies so meaning same shit different visual

@theodore96 @albert @kde
Umm..... what?
Microslop has nothing todo with KDE.
As far as I can see only Canonical, Google, Suse, Qt, BlueSystems, Slimbook, Tuxedo, Focus, GnuPG, Mbition, Techpaladin, Rocky and Framework are KDE Patrons. A lot of money also comes from individuals (myself included).

Also: what hard coded systemd dependencies? I only know of Plasma Login Manager using systemd specifics. But thats optional. SDDM and LightDM are still supported as far as i know.
And KDE works on BSD.

@LibreKitsune @albert @kde Then you must dig deeper, the story is not as simple as that. With all the anonymity, veterans knew from day 1 that systemd itself was already a malicious init system developed by malicious developers coming from well-known corps. Check the sources of those well-known wannabes working on infiltrating open source for years. Not normal when the Linux landscape is divided by 2 groups in years tho.
