The (only?) way to do it, is through a free & open source app called "kiwix".
The file is a highly compressed format called ".zim"
The most recent downloadable English version (with pictures) is 115.5 Gib, dated February 2026.
It fits on a 128 GB exFAT microSD (ie. 119 GiB).
