Would I explain Black culture and history to a Black person if I'm not Black?
Would I explain Mexican culture and history to a Mexican person if I am not Mexican?
And so on...

Why would you explain North American Native Indigenous culture and history to a North American Native Indigenous person or likewise why would you explain Middle Eastern culture and history to a person with Middle Eastern heritage?
