THE PERSONAL SIDE: When #Colts GM Chris Ballard was very candid in our interview including sharing how he manages the height of his duties with a marriage he’s very thankful for: “I got a great wife that I do not deserve. She knows, like if she left me I would be screwed; and we have five children. I was an only child. She reminds me constantly, you’re not an only child in this (relationship) you need to be present, when you need to be present. But, look here, I have never missed a birthday. I’ve never missed an event I need to be at. Like I will not miss something with our children. Even when I was on he road scouting. If I have to drive 8 or 10 hours just to get home, I would.”
