#Colts OC Jim Bob Cooter spent one season with the #Eagles in 2021 as a consultant, where he formed a closer relationship with Shane Steichen.

But beyond that, Cooter says: “That was a vital year for my career to get back going. … I was in the back of the room doing side projects. It was like coaching rehab for me. It was really great for my growth to investigate the whole league.”
