🚀 #OpenVPN 2.7.1 is here!

Running rock-solid on #FreeBSD — and guess what? It works flawlessly on pure INET6-only hosts, no INET needed 💥

Thinking about going #ipv6only ? This is your sign. FreeBSD makes it clean, simple, and powerful.

Time to level up your network stack 🔥#IPv6

@mzar

"Make DCO work on FreeBSD systems that have no IPv4 support in kernel (FreeBSD PR 286263)"👍

Why do I use Linux? 🤔😩

@tschaefer You might want to try FreeBSD — it’s a user-friendly system and can be built without INET/IPv4 support.

@mzar

Beside the OS I also need some apps ...

Maybe Linux will follow soon...

[PATCH 0/6] Deprecate Legacy IP - David Woodhouse

@mzar @tschaefer Heeeey this topic just came up this morning — so the IPv4-less FreeBSD build *is* still around?

I hadn't really heard much about it since it was originally announced, so I wasn't sure if it was a maintained thing or a one-time proof-of-concept that might have fallen too far out of sync with the current networking code.

Thanks in advance!

(cc'ing @jima for dumb federation reasons 🙄)
