They say that being #vegan is very hard, but personally I found it quite easy for some reason. I managed to go 9 months without missing any animal product, and I didn't have to put effort to not miss them. It came naturally :)
At least until now, because I got a craving for cheese. And you know what? I'll go eat some cheese. And if you are in my position, you should do the same and not feel guilty. Being vegan is not black and white: you can try to help as much as you can. Remember, even if you're partially vegan, you're still helping more than 99% of people! So if you want to eat cheese once in a while, do it! Just do it with the mindset that you should keep reducing it as time goes by.
Anyway, off to enjoy my tiropita!
