Yeah. Wow. My head is smoking after digging for new more ecological materials that make sense for fursuit crafting, are easily accessible and affordable.
Would rabbit skin glue be strong enough for my use cases? It's cheap enough that I'm willing to try it out eventually.
How much would I need to compress wool or hemp fluff that is sold as roof insulation to pad and shape up an articulated tail? Would I be willing and able to needlefelt it into shape?
Already compressed and sturdy wool felt plates are pricy, but maybe hurts less than hours of needlefelting?
Could I use the material in crafting masks, too?
Can my fucked hands handle wood carving masks?
