Israel passed a military law allowing the death penalty for people convicted of terrorism. Ben Gvir and his party celebrated wearing gold noose brooches and popping champagne. Ultraright idiots like this make it embarrassingly easy for antisemites everywhere.

When extremists cheer gallows symbolism and normalise executions, they hand propaganda to every antisemite eager to abuse it. This is how you help these people feel vindicated in their hate and ideology. Democratic forces in Israel need to take back control. Fast!

When the state claims to represent all Jewish people it doesn't take a genius to figure out some people will take them at their word and want to extract justice from people who have nothing to do with what Israel is doing. So yes, i think it's a valid concern
