- I read through the demand letter she shared and it is fantastic and well-written with great footnotes and I can only assume the lawyer who wrote this was having such a good time.
- The amount of dependence of ChatGPT on display is insane and I actually pity the guy just a tiny bit.
- Speaking of, this case just shows that these LLM chatbots can and will tell on you when needed for legal discovery! It gives the opposing side such a big insight into the subject's thinking. That's amazing! And he used ChatGPT for so many mundane things; like if he was actually capable of doing simple things like composing his thoughts himself a lot of this would not have come out in discovery.
