Since I don't eat much deep-fried food, and I have a perfectly functional toaster oven/convection oven, an air fryer isn't a top priority for me. I'll probably hunt one down if my current oven breaks down.

@EllenInEdmonton We don't really use it for anything 'fried' (despite the name) - it's just very handy to have a mini oven for knocking up quick meals - quick warm up, quick cool down and it seems to have a knack for making foods 'crispy' without any need for oil. Definitely no replacement for a decent quality toaster for proper toasty things though

Since I generally feel like toast means spoiling a perfectly fine piece of bread, the toaster oven is fine for me. It's a convection oven, so I generally use it instead of the one in my stove. Most folks have to prioritize when it comes to kitchen gadgets and utensils. For me, the #1 choice is my #InstantPot, which lives on my counter and gets used almost daily.

@EllenInEdmonton I think I'd definitely have an instant Pot if we had counter space. We have the world's smallest kitchen so counter space is limited, but one of these days I'm going to move out into a place that's got acres of counter space, and that'd definitely be one of my priorities. Anything I can make nice hearty stews or soups in, definitely a win!

True story: I started cooking in a multi-cooker when I lived in Vietnam, and my room really had no kitchen. However, the bathroom counter was solid stone, so that's where my multi-cooker (not IP brand) lived. They're amazingly versatile. It's my yogurt-maker, as well as where I prepare all dried beans and grains, most meats, as well as the soups and stews that you mention.
