Darts, carved mainly from wood but with a bone needle for their core. It keeps their aim sharp in a situation with less pressure.
Squirrel-running: a sport of training squirrels to seek out baubles in tunnels and gather them.

I imagine wood elf soldiers as spending a lot of time patrolling – 2 weeks in barracks on relatively light duty followed by 2-4 weeks patrolling the home forest, on foot.
So they'd have a lot of hobbies that don't require anything heavy so they can travel with it.
This makes me think that, besides hacky sack, their recreation would include:
• A cappella singing
• Whittling
• Poetry memorization and recitation
• Stand-up comedy/storytelling
