I think it has all of the right ingredients with the main headwind potentially being high #finance costs for #realestate which of course means higher operating costs for #datacenters that run it. However, the availability of enough commercial real estate, attractive tax regime, and vast amounts of power for reasonable prices help, especially compared to #business in #Singapore
